Each week we'll dive into the ancient wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation in a fun and welcoming MAGICAL space with good tunes and good peeps! For questions about the practice hit me up for more info! This is perfect for all levels of practice, new to yoga, even in recovery from injury! Bring what you need for your practice including mat, cushion, towel, blocks, water bottle, etc. See Waiver below you can bring with you to your first class or email it to me prior heathertenbroek@gmail.com . As a member, it is still required to sign up for each class you are attending. It's easy! Just text me before 7p the night before! 

This plant-filled magical space is cozy and intimate yet big enough to spread out. Space is currently limited to 12 with an option for 3 more on the stage with me!
