You'll discover and learn the basics of the elements and how they express themselves in your physical, psychological, and spiritual energy bodies. This session includes 1 Awaken Ayurveda spray or Abhyanga oil. 

This session can also be combined with any treatment for 50% discount!

Anointing one's self with warm oil is an ancient and sacred ritual. This treatment involves creating a dough dam and then applying warm medicated herbal ghee or oil. For example, grief ritual involves calendula infused oil to the heart chakra, or boost your Adrenal glands to help regulate your metabolism, immune system, blood pressure, response to stress and other essential functions. You can also stimulate your throat chakra to find your true voice or help heal an ankle or knee injury!

This treatment varies by Dosha and Season and catered to YOU as a magical unique individual.  Designed to balance the chakras, the vayus, the dhatus and the koshas. Good for all that ails you, increases or softens circulation, detoxes adrenals and lymph, brings oxygen and lubrication to the joints and tissues. 90 minutes or combine with BLISS (below) 120 minutes also available upon request. 

Shirodhara is also part of the magical trine of practices in Bliss Therapy or can be done alone as a way to calm the nervous system, tap into your intuition, balance the mind, and awaken to your truth. Shown to improve sleep, reduce stress & anxiety, balances the doshas and disturbances in the mind and bodShirodhara is performed while a stream of herbal formulated warm oils is poured over the 3rd eye. Includes take-home hair towel. Save $50 on 2nd & 3rd treatments if completed within 13 months. 

SWEAT!! The glorious "Steamy Wonder" tent! The 3rd ancient practice of Bliss Therapy seals in all of the first 2 practices while detoxing and releasing at the same time. Your own personal sweat lodge will leave you blissed out and ready to awaken to the truth! This sweat is the best! Infused with seasonal essential oil blends to clear away any stuckness or rejuvenate and ground. Time depends on your constitution and time of year. Includes scalp and cranial massage with cold compresses. 30-45 min

The ultimate in pampering and life-changing seasonal treatments. Suggested at least twice a year (Available Spring, Fall & Winter months) Includes each of the above 3 treatments and usually 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Save $50 on 2nd & 3rd treatments if completed within 13 months.
